  • Porcelain pavingContemporary options such as Kandla Grey or Polar White, including 900 × 600 × 20 mm formats where suitable.
  • Natural stoneIndian sandstone with natural colour variation, or limestone with smoother textures and softer tones.
  • Gravel and aggregatesPractical layered finishes for paths, landscaped areas and suitable driveway extensions.
  • Concrete slabsA versatile option available in different styles, colours and textures.

Tools and machinery

Machinery and specialist tools are selected to suit the site, access and work involved, from compact excavation and preparation to compaction and pattern-imprinted finishes.

Aftercare

Keable Construction’s support continues after handover. Advice for the individual project, materials, weather and product specifications should always take priority.

Curing and initial use

Keep heavy vehicles off newly laid pattern-imprinted concrete for the period confirmed at handover, commonly 7 to 10 days. Leave new porcelain paving clear for at least 48 hours, or longer when the bedding mortar, grout, weather or product instructions require it. Block paving can have different requirements and should follow the project-specific handover advice.

Routine cleaning

Sweep regularly to prevent organic debris from building up. Porcelain paving can normally be washed with clean water and a suitable mild outdoor tile cleaner. Avoid harsh acids, and do not direct high-pressure cleaning at grout joints or newly sealed concrete.

Long-term protection

Pressure-treated timber fencing may benefit from a suitable UV-resistant oil or stain every 12 to 24 months. Pattern-imprinted concrete may need professional resealing approximately every 3 to 5 years, depending on use, exposure and the original product system.
